I have a long-standing issue with tinnitus and hearing loss in my left ear. I contacted Mr Hannan for treatment after an increased tinnitus pitch, pressure, and pain build up in the left ear. After a phone conversation, going over my medical history, the problem was diagnosed as caused by eustachian tube dysfunction (associated with chronic allergic rhinitis).
As a result, Mr Hannan prescribed a month-long treatment of Betnesol nasal drops. After starting the medication, I noticed the pain, hearing loss, and pressure significantly decreasing in the left ear. A follow-on appointment in the clinic showed the passages were open in both nasal passages. Further, to keep the nasal passages open in the long term, a letter was sent to my GP to prescribe a stronger corticosteroid nasal drop.
During my treatment, further guidance was received via e-mail on how to take the medication.
